About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative AI Animation & Visual Content Creator to join our growing production team. This role blends artistic skill with cutting-edge AI tools to produce visually compelling animations, motion graphics, and digital assets for our podcasts and media content. The ideal candidate is someone who understands storytelling, adapts quickly to new AI technologies, and brings fresh visual ideas that elevate every project.

Responsibilities:

• Animation & Motion Graphics: Create animated videos, motion graphics, and visual assets for brand and original podcasts across Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube.
• AI-Enhanced Production: Use advanced AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kaiber, and Luma Dream Machine to speed up creation and enhance output.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop character-focused or concept-driven animations that align with brand identity, show tone, and project goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, editing, and content teams to bring ideas, storyboards, and concepts to life.
• Platform Adaptation: Customize visual styles and formats for podcast clips, trailers, intros, transitions, and digital ads.
• Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI creative tools, testing new workflows to keep our visual output cutting-edge.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized visual libraries, templates, and project files to support efficient and scalable workflows.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual elements are cohesive across platforms and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in animation, motion graphics, or visual content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing both manual and AI-enhanced work.

Skills:

• Strong foundation in 2D and/or 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects plus at least one of the following: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as:
  • Video: Runway, Pika, Sora (when available), Kaiber, Luma
  • Images: Midjourney or Stable Diffusion
  • Audio (Bonus): ElevenLabs, Suno, or other AI sound tools
• Ability to create visually cohesive branded styles and compelling storytelling through animation.
• Strong conceptual, visual development, and design-thinking skills.
