Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join TPP in a leadership-track role focused on shaping and elevating our digital content ecosystem.
This role leads the creative direction for TPP’s digital-first output, translating long-form podcasts, video content, and live events into high-impact short-form assets that are platform-native, culturally relevant, and creatively distinctive. The Associate Creative Director plays a central role in defining how TPP shows up across digital platforms while maintaining consistency, originality, and execution excellence.
This is a hands-on role for a creative leader who understands storytelling, digital behavior, and how to guide teams toward stronger creative outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the creative identity of TPP’s digital-first assets, including short-form videos, promos, cutdowns, reels, and social activations.
- Partner closely with show producers to adapt long-form audio, video, and live events into compelling, platform-native digital experiences.
- Provide clear creative direction, references, and campaign ideas to digital producers, editors, and designers.
- Ensure visual, tonal, and editorial consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead creative ideation for branded content, pitches, and partnerships, strengthening TPP’s reputation for originality and execution quality.
- Collaboration & Mentorship*
- Work closely with digital producers, editors, and designers to elevate creative output and execution standards.
- Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and mentorship on storytelling, pacing, visual language, and creative decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate performance insights into creative refinements and content strategy improvements.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital content, creative direction, or media production.
- Creative Expertise: Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for visual branding and audience engagement across digital platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video and design tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects, and Canva.
- Platform Fluency: Clear understanding of how content performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital formats.
- Language: Bilingual Arabic and English is a plus.
