🧠 Role Overview

TPP is hiring a tech-savvy Podcast Producer to lead the creation of engaging, accessible, and insightful technology content. You'll manage the full production cycle of tech-driven shows — from research to recording to post-production — and turn complex, jargon-filled topics into compelling human stories.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Content Development:
  • Research and develop episode ideas around tech trends, startups, AI, future of work, and innovation.
  • Pitch new show ideas and identify topics aligned with TPP’s brand and audience.
• Recording Management:
  • Manage and oversee all recording sessions.
  • Prep hosts with notes, background briefs, and talking points for each episode.
  • Take structured notes during recording to support editing and marketing.
• Post-Production Coordination:
  • Work with editors and sound engineers to deliver high-quality episodes.
  • Review drafts, providing feedback on story flow, clarity, and pacing.

✅ Requirements

• 3–5 years in podcast production or digital media, ideally with tech focus.
• Excellent storytelling and editorial skills — able to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong understanding of the regional tech/startup space is a plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple episodes simultaneously.
• Collaborative — comfortable working across hosts, editors, and teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
