Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead TPP’s financial operations and drive our growth vision. This role is critical to ensuring fiscal discipline, effective resource allocation, and long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Management
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with TPP’s objectives.
  • Oversee all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Budgeting & Cost Optimization
  • Create and manage annual budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
• Investor Relations & Fundraising
  • Cultivate relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including pitch decks and due diligence.
• Risk Management & Compliance
  • Establish internal controls to ensure compliance with regional and international regulations.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks.

Performance Metrics & Accountability

• Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual financial targets.
• Maintaining stringent budget adherence and cost optimization.
• Securing investment and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication abilities in English (and Arabic is a plus).
