Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time) to oversee day-to-day operations across all departments at TPP. The COO will ensure smooth execution of all production, content, and event workflows, working closely with leadership to drive operational excellence, team alignment, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:
  • Manage day-to-day operations across production, content, marketing, events, and administration.
  • Ensure projects stay on timeline, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee organizational workflows, resource allocation, and operational KPIs.
• Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead department heads and project managers, ensuring teams are aligned with company priorities.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and continuously optimize operations for efficiency.
  • Support team culture, communication, and cross-department collaboration.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute company strategies.
  • Translate business goals into operational plans, policies, and workflows.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports to leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within media, production, or creative industries.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex workflows.
• Highly organized with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
