Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to join our podcast production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing online communities across TPP’s and clients’ social media platforms. With 1+ years of experience, the role focuses on audience interaction, conversation management, and fostering loyalty, while supporting campaign goals and social media activations.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across TPP’s and clients’ social media platforms. Respond to audience queries in a timely, brand-appropriate tone for each account. Escalate sensitive feedback or high-value interactions to the relevant account team. Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal fans, listeners, and active followers.
- Content Support & Interaction: Collaborate with the social media team to implement engagement-driven campaigns. Run and moderate polls, Q&As, and interactive content across different platforms. Support live coverage during premieres, activations, and digital events. Curate and highlight user-generated content (UGC) from audiences for both TPP and clients.
- Audience Insights: Track audience sentiment, recurring feedback, and trending conversations. Recommend engagement ideas and reactive opportunities based on audience behavior.
- Campaign Support: Support influencer activations and community-led stunts (hashtags, challenges, social activations). Help coordinate contests, giveaways, and audience-driven activities. Ensure consistent community presence during campaign lifecycles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Support in preparing reports on engagement, sentiment, and community growth across all platforms. Share insights with the social and marketing teams to refine strategies. Highlight key audience reactions to inform future planning.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with monitoring, scheduling, and reporting tools.
- Mindset: Proactive, creative, and passionate about online communities.
- Multitasking: Comfortable working across multiple brands and platforms simultaneously.
