Core Role:
Independently manage the digital presence for assigned shows/brands under the guidance of a Senior Digital Producer. Responsible for turning creative direction into compelling campaigns, ensuring digital output reflects brand/show identity, and actively contributing to growth through creative storytelling and performance-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution
- Translate creative briefs into multi-platform digital campaigns and platform-ready assets.
- Develop pitch decks, mood boards, creative references, and content outlines to support campaign vision.
- Execute shoots and post-production workflows, ensuring assets are optimized for each platform.
- Contribute fresh, trend-led ideas for both proactive and reactive content creation.
Publishing & Campaign Management
- Oversee day-to-day publishing and scheduling across platforms (with support from junior producers when available).
- Ensure content calendars are consistently maintained and aligned with brand/show strategy.
- Collaborate with Head of Content, Producers, and Marketing/Digital Marketing Managers on campaign planning and rollout.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement across platforms.
- Provide data-informed feedback and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content relevant and competitive.
Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the digital point-of-contact for assigned shows/brands, ensuring smooth alignment between creative, editorial, and marketing teams.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Producer to ensure workflow consistency, quality standards, and campaign success.
