Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Director of Photography (DOP) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Cinematography: Plan and execute visually stunning cinematography that aligns with the creative vision of each project.
• Camera Operation: Operate cameras and direct camera crew during shoots to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Lighting Design: Design and implement lighting setups that enhance the visual storytelling and mood of each scene.
• Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the vision of each project and contribute creatively.
• Equipment Management: Manage and operate camera, lighting, and other relevant equipment efficiently. Maintain an organized inventory of gear.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all visual content meets professional quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
• Creative Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cinematography and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in cinematography or camera operation, preferably in podcast production, film, TV, or related media industries.

Skills:

• Proficiency in camera operation and lighting design.
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles and visual storytelling.
• Creative eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
