We are seeking an organized and driven Event Account Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at TPP. The ideal candidate will bring our event vision to life, working closely with our production team, show producers, partners, and sponsors to deliver outstanding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain and oversee the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of all events, from concept to completion.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including production, content, and marketing to execute event deliverables.
- Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, partners, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event logistics, ensuring seamless operations during live events.
- Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets and ensure events are delivered within financial parameters.
