We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support our internal team operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day technical issues, account setups, access management, and basic troubleshooting across tools and systems used by the team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
Technical Support:
Provide day-to-day technical support for team members across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, email, and internal systems. Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access-related issues efficiently.
Account & Access Management:
Set up and manage user accounts (emails, Slack, Notion, tools). Handle onboarding and offboarding access, permissions, and credentials in coordination with operations.
System Maintenance & Monitoring:
Ensure internal tools and systems are functioning properly. Flag recurring issues, bugs, or inefficiencies and suggest improvements or escalations when needed.
Documentation & SOP Support:
Help document technical processes, fixes, and common issues. Keep internal IT/tech documentation organized and up to date.
Security & Compliance Support:
Assist in enforcing basic security best practices (password hygiene, access control, backups). Report potential security risks or unusual system behavior.
