Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Lead Designer in Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time) to shape the visual identity of TPP and its audio-first content. In addition to leading a team of designers for branding, marketing, and show assets, you will also play an active role in set design, stage production, and live event visuals, ensuring cohesive creative execution across both digital and physical experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the design team, maintaining consistency and excellence across all visuals.
  • Oversee branding and creative direction for shows, marketing campaigns, events, and company materials.
  • Ensure high-quality design standards, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
• Branding, Visual Identity & Set Design:
  • Develop and maintain TPP’s brand identity across all platforms, content, and live events.
  • Lead the design and creative development of sets, stages, and event spaces alongside production teams.
  • Create visually compelling motion graphics and assets for social media, promotions, and on-site event screens.
  • Design marketing materials that enhance engagement, storytelling, and event experiences.
• Presentation & Strategy:
  • Design and refine pitch decks and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to ensure impactful visual storytelling across mediums.
  • Translate creative concepts into polished, engaging, and high-quality visuals for both online and physical activations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and content visuals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, motion graphics, set design, and event visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience creating marketing materials, show branding, and live event or set designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team in a fast-paced creative and production-driven environment.
• Strong experience in designing decks and presentations for business and creative pitches.
