Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead Producer in Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time) to shape audio-first content for one of the MENA region’s fastest-growing new-age media companies. In this role, you will direct a team of producers while collaborating with writers, researchers, and quality control officers to create groundbreaking, high-quality shows. You will also lead TPP’s most significant projects, ensuring excellence, innovation, and audience engagement through cutting-edge storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership:
  • Oversee content development and ensure creative and technical excellence.
  • Personally produce and lead TPP’s most important shows and projects.
  • Supervise the full production cycle—from ideation to publishing.
• Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of producers, providing guidance in storytelling, scripting, and execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
• Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Work closely with writers, researchers, and quality control officers to maintain consistency and impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for show branding and promotion.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with TPP’s vision and goals.
• Innovation and Trends:
  • Stay ahead of industry developments to push the boundaries of audio-first storytelling.
  • Experiment with emerging formats and technologies to enhance audience engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in content production, media, or broadcasting.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing producers and content teams.
• Expertise in storytelling, scripting, and audio-first content production.
• Track record of personally leading high-impact shows or projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of podcast, radio, or digital media formats and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of audience engagement and content strategy.
