Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own TPP’s marketing strategy, transforming our audio-first content into globally recognized phenomena.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute 360° marketing initiatives across digital platforms, events, and other channels.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with content and production teams to highlight our hosts, brands, and stories, fostering audience loyalty.
- Partnership Building: Drive collaborations with industry influencers, sponsors, and partners to amplify TPP’s brand presence.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing metrics and adapt strategies quickly for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, ideally within media, entertainment, or creative sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets effectively.
