TPP is hiring a proactive and well-connected PR & Communications Manager to lead podcast guest outreach, manage high-profile relationships, and amplify the visibility of our shows. You’ll be the bridge between TPP and the public — managing communications, bookings, and press efforts to position our podcasts and talent at the forefront of the region’s media landscape.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Relations & Outreach
- Research and identify relevant, compelling guest profiles across sectors (business, culture, entertainment, etc.).
- Build and maintain a detailed database of potential guests.
- Manage all communication with guests, agents, or publicists.
- Secure bookings and coordinate scheduling, logistics, and availability.
2. PR & Media Communications
- Craft and send compelling outreach pitches aligned with our brand and show values.
- Build and manage relationships with media reps, brand partners, and public figures.
- Represent TPP in all guest-related and external communications.
- Coordinate PR campaigns for launches, awards, partnerships, and press features.
3. Guest Experience Management
- Serve as the point of contact for all guest-related needs.
- Ensure a smooth, premium guest experience from invite to post-recording follow-up.
- Oversee scheduling, confirmations, and all logistical prep.
4. Networking & Brand Representation
- Attend events, conferences, and media gatherings to scout talent and expand reach.
