Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Manager in Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time) to oversee all studio recordings, live productions, and events at TPP. You will lead the production team, ensuring seamless execution of logistics, scheduling, and technical setups. From on-ground events to in-studio recordings, your expertise in managing teams and operations will drive the success of our productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:
  • Manage studio operations, scheduling, and production logistics.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of all recordings and events.
  • Supervise live productions, guaranteeing top-tier quality and seamless delivery.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead the production team, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all projects.
  • Work closely with producers, engineers, and creative teams to maintain production flow.
  • Oversee technical setups, including sound, lighting, and equipment coordination.
• Quality Control & Problem-Solving:
  • Ensure all productions meet quality control standards and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges in real-time.
  • Implement best practices to optimize production efficiency and execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in media production, broadcasting, or live events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing studio operations and production teams.
• Proficiency in technical setups, sound equipment, and live production logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle on-the-ground problem-solving.
• Experience in audio-first content, podcasting, or media production is a plus.
