We are seeking a skilled Recording Engineer to join our podcast production team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in capturing high-quality audio during recordings and ensuring all technical aspects of the recording environment are professionally managed.

Responsibilities

• Audio Recording: Manage and oversee the recording of podcast episodes, ensuring the highest audio quality throughout.
• Equipment Setup: Set up, test, and troubleshoot microphones, headphones, audio interfaces, and other recording equipment before each session.
• Live Monitoring: Actively monitor sound levels and quality during recordings, making real-time adjustments as needed.
• Technical Support: Provide immediate technical support for any audio issues that arise during sessions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check, maintain, and report on the condition of recording equipment.

Requirements
