Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leads to spearhead TPP’s revenue growth. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and maximizing existing revenue streams. The Sales Lead will work closely with the leadership team to design and execute sales strategies that align with TPP’s vision.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and close opportunities that directly contribute to TPP’s revenue streams.
- Strategy Development: Work with commercial team to design and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Client Relations: Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to keep TPP at the forefront of the market.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation and presentation of tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients and partners.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries. Note: Sales experience is a must.
Skills
- Proven ability to generate and close revenue opportunities.
- Strong understanding of sponsorships, brand partnerships, and B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate company vision into actionable sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
