Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Account Manager to support the execution of major projects at TPP. Reporting directly to the Producer, this role will act as the key bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely deliverables, and overall project success.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and relaying updates through the Producer.
- Project Coordination: Support the Producer in organizing project timelines, deliverables, and client approvals.
- Internal Alignment: Ensure internal teams are briefed, updated, and aligned with client needs and project goals.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues and work with the Producer and team to propose solutions proactively.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of client feedback, project changes, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- ccount Management Experience: Strong background in client-facing roles, with proven success managing projects and communications.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage timelines, tasks, and multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication style, both written and verbal.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for catching potential issues before they escalate.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Producers, Editors, Designers, and other internal teams toward shared goals.
