Core Role:
Lead digital execution for assigned shows/brands; manage a team of mid-level and junior digital producers; oversee workflow, quality, and deadlines. Act as a strategic partner to content creators and brand managers, ensuring that digital presence amplifies the show/brand identity and drives measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Strategic Leadership
- Lead creative ideation and translate long-form brand/show identity into strong, platform-native digital narratives.
- Own campaign strategy and direction for short-form and digital distribution across social, web, and partner platforms.
- Ensure content strategies are data-driven and audience-focused, balancing creativity with measurable ROI.
Team & Workflow Management
- Manage and mentor mid and junior Digital Producers; build development plans, coach on skills, and drive team performance.
- Allocate tasks, oversee traffic, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital assets.
- Maintain and optimize workflows between creative, editorial, and social-leaning producers to ensure balance and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as primary digital contact for internal producers, brand managers, agencies, and relevant partners.
- Approve and supervise pitch decks, content calendars, shooting plans, and asset delivery.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager to align on distribution, paid amplification, and cross-platform growth strategies.
Performance & Reporting
- Consolidate reporting and performance insights into actionable recommendations for ongoing campaigns and future planning.
- Monitor competitor activity, digital trends, and emerging formats to keep shows/brands at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Translate analytics into creative learnings to continuously refine content strategy.
