We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to craft engaging, on-brand content across all major platforms. You’ll work with our content and marketing teams to boost visibility for our podcast network and projects — from episode drops to brand campaigns.
You should know how to turn ideas into high-performing content and build a vibrant digital community.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Curation
- Develop posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Curate content from industry trends, pop culture, and UGC to keep feeds dynamic and engaging.
2. Platform Management
- Manage and grow social channels by publishing regularly and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- Maintain content calendars and scheduling.
- Track performance through analytics tools and adjust content based on insights.
3. Engagement & Community Building
- Actively respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build relationships with followers.
- Create interactive formats (polls, challenges, Q&As) to drive audience participation.
- Manage and grow communities such as Instagram Broadcasts and WhatsApp Channels.
4. Collaboration with Teams
- Align content with broader campaigns in collaboration with the content and marketing teams.
- Assist with content promotion for episodes, events, and collaborations.
- Bring creative ideas to campaign planning sessions.
